Ordering and Shipping

As much as we like to deliver your Bogner product as soon as possible, we kindly ask for your understanding that due to additional customs procedures between the EU and the UK, the shipment usually takes up to 14 days. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. We kindly ask that you check the progress of your shipment through DHL Express tracking.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with the products you received, please feel free to return the item(s) within 30 days. The return shipment is free of charge for you. Products must be handled and kept with care and returned in their original state and packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. If you want to exchange a product, you will need to return the item and place a new order. Please click here to find out all information regarding your return shipment. Kindly note that due to additional customs procedures, the return shipment is likely to take longer than expected. We kindly ask you to check the status of the return shipment through DHL tracking. As soon as the shipment has arrived in our warehouse and has been inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed which can take up to 14 working days.

Shipping Cost

We charge a shipping fee of 25 £ per order. Should shipping take place in partial deliveries we will charge the shipping costs once only. Your order will be delivered DPP (Delivery, Duties and Taxes are already paid)
