Der neu interpretierte Song „Fire and Ice“ von Purple Disco Machine und Jake Shears schlägt zudem die musikalische Brücke zwischen Nostalgie und Gegenwart. Der Remix von „Fire and Ice“ ist eine Hommage an das Original der späten 1980er, aber unterlegt mit modernen Beats absolut zeitgemäß. „Fire and Ice“ by Purple Disco Machine erreichte bereits nach wenigen Tagen hohe Streamingzahlen und hat nun das Potential zum Dancefloor-Hit der Saison zu werden.
