Accessibility Statement
Accessibility on our website
We want it to be simple and easy for everyone to use our online shop, regardless of physical limitations or assistive technology.
That is why we are continually working on making our website as accessible as possible, in accordance with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the related German Accessibility Strengthening Act Ordinance (BFSGV). Our goal is to make the digital shopping experience inclusive for everyone.
Greater accessibility one step at a time
Accessibility is a continuous process. We are steadily implementing more and more measures to make our content more accessible for everyone. These measures are based on legal guidelines and feedback from our users.
We are here for you
Should you notice that something is not easy for you to use, or you encounter accessibility issues, we would be happy to hear from you. Together, we will find a solution and further improve our website. Please write to us at service@bogner.com or use our contact form.
Note regarding content that is not fully accessible
The following content is not fully accessible as it is not consistent with the underlying harmonised standard EN 301 549:
All pages include links without link text. | WCAG: 4.1.2
Nearly every page includes list elements that are not part of a list. | WCAG: 1.3.1
On several pages, there is not enough contrast between text and background. | WCAG: 1.4.3
One page does not have a language set in HTML. | WCAG: 3.1.1
Several pages have buttons that are not labelled. Navigating to the buttons is difficult when using screen readers. | WCAG: 4.1.2
Individual pages have headings that are not labelled or contain the aria-hidden attribute, making them inaccessible to screen readers. | WCAG: 1.3.1
One page includes an ‘iframe’ element with a label that has already been assigned to another element. If the elements cannot be clearly distinguished, users of screen readers may mistake one element for another. | WCAG: 4.1.2
Individual pages have invalid aria-attribute values. These are not recognised by screen readers and are therefore not rendered correctly. | WCAG: 4.1.2
Every page has a superordinate element that is missing the corresponding subordinate elements. This can be confusing to users of screen readers because content is expected but not there. | WCAG: 1.3.1
Every page has subordinate elements that are missing the corresponding superordinate element. This can result in screen readers incorrectly rendering the subordinate elements. | WCAG: 1.3.1
Every page has elements that are focusable although they have the attribute aria-hidden. This makes these elements accessible to assistive technologies even though they should be hidden. | WCAG: 4.1.2
Individual pages have interactive elements, the names of which are not part of the label. This makes it difficult to navigate the website via voice control. | WCAG: 2.5.3
Several pages have elements with an ARIA ID that is used more than once. This makes navigating the website with screen readers more difficult. | WCAG: 4.1.2
Nearly every page has lists containing elements that do not belong in lists. As a result, the lists may not be correctly rendered by assistive technologies. | WCAG: 1.3.1
