We know what matters in a good customer relationship: speed, reliability and comfort. That is why we entrust your shipment to our logistics partner DHL. This is how we ensure that your parcel is protected from damage or loss en route until it reaches you intact.
Free shipping from EUR 250
Part of the unique BOGNER shopping experience is that your parcel arrives insured and as quickly as possible. Orders above EUR 250 are delivered free of charge. In all other cases, we charge EUR 4.95 for DHL standard shipping and EUR 20 for DHL express shipping. If your order is split into several deliveries, we will only charge shipping costs once.
Quick delivery times
With your purchase at BOGNER you have made an excellent choice. You will see this for yourself in a few days. Standard shipping with DHL usually takes 3–5 working days. If you order your express shipment from Monday to Friday by 11 am at the latest, we guarantee delivery before the end of the next working day (Saturdays excluded). As soon as your parcel leaves our logistics centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a link that allows you to track the progress of the shipment.
If we do not have an item in stock, you will receive it separately as soon as it is available. You can see the expected delivery date in the shopping cart and in your order confirmation email.
