If you have selected the payment method of BOGNER invoice, payments with debt discharging effect can only be made to Ratepay. - How do I receive my invoice?
Count on the best with BOGNER: while you will receive your order by post in the next few days, you receive your invoice together with your shipping confirmation conveniently by email. You can recognise it by the subject line: your BOGNER order is on its way.
- What do I have to bear in mind when paying my BOGNER invoice?
Even though the BOGNER fashion world is anything but ordinary: you can simply pay your invoice as usual. After receiving your invoice, you have 14 days to make the transfer. You will find our bank details on the invoice. Please make sure you quote your respective order number as the payment reference.
- What is the limit when using payment on account?
When paying on account, we adhere to the saying: enjoy in moderation. A limit of 3000 € applies to the total amount of the shopping basket and the open invoices when purchasing on account. Should you reach this value, a payment of the open invoices is sufficient to make the maximum shopping basket available to you again.
- Why is payment on account not available to me?
A payment on account is a matter of trust. We are happy to offer this exclusive service to all customers who pass an address and credit check during their purchase. This happens automatically in the background at BOGNER and no action is required on your part.
If you don’t pass the check, you can still shop at BOGNER and simply select one of the other payment options. You can find more information in our data protection policy.

At BOGNER you don’t just buy trend-setting fashion - you can also pay securely and easily. We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express credit cards and don’t charge them until your order has been shipped.
- Is it safe to pay online at BOGNER with a credit card?
Better safe than sorry! When you shop and pay by credit card at the BOGNER online shop, your credit card details are transmitted in encrypted form using the SSL process. In plain language this means: your purchase by credit card is safe at BOGNER.
To guarantee you this security, BOGNER uses the internationally-recognised security standard 3D Secure (Verified by VISA, MasterCard® SecureCode™).
Good to know – what 3D Secure means:
It is a modern security procedure that makes it more difficult for unauthorised third parties to misuse credit cards and thus significantly reduces the risk of fraud in online credit card payments. An additional query screen from your bank opens during the payment process. There you will be asked to enter your personal authentication code. Your bank verifies this code and approves the transaction. Misuse of your credit card is therefore almost impossible.

Do you prefer to pay in your tried and trusted environment? Then you can simply use iDEAL - for cost-effective and risk-free real time payments. Requirement: your bank is an iDEAL partner.
It’s this simple:- Select iDEAL and your bank as your payment method in the shopping cart.
- You will now be redirected to your bank’s online banking service.
- Check the payment amount and confirm your purchase using two-factor authentication. The amount will be debited from your account in real time.
- After completing the payment, you will be redirected back to the BOGNER online shop.

Paying with PayPal saves you valuable time without collecting your contact information. If you have selected Payment by PayPal when shopping at BOGNER, you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal payment page after submitting your order. As a registered PayPal customer, you can log in with your personal PayPal access details and make the payment. We usually receive payment within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.
Even faster: paying with PayPal Express
With one click you will be taken directly from the shopping cart to the PayPal payment page and can complete your express payment and your order with just a few clicks. -
There are better things to do than entering your bank account or credit card details every time you pay for something. This is why you can pay quickly and conveniently with Google Pay at BOGNER. All you need is a Google Pay-enabled device and a Google Pay account with a debit or credit card on file. If you have any further questions, please contact your bank or credit card company directly.

Can I use Google Pay without a credit card at BOGNER - for example via PayPal?
You would like to pay without using a credit card? At BOGNER we offer payment via Google Pay and PayPal and will be happy to show you how this works:

- Tap + Payment Methods and add PayPal.

At BOGNER you can pay with your face or finger. Provided you have an Apple Pay-enabled device and a credit or debit card from a bank that has partnered with Apple. Then you can quickly and conveniently start the payment in the shopping cart and confirm it directly via your Apple device, depending on the model, using Touch ID, Face ID or PIN.

We are sorry you weren’t completely satisfied with your BOGNER items. Perhaps you will at least be fully satisfied with our speedy service? As soon as we have processed your return, we will immediately refund the amount to the payment method you used. We will then notify you by an email with the subject: Your credit has been processed.
