We know what matters in a good customer relationship: speed, reliability and comfort. That is why we entrust your shipment to our logistics partner DHL Express. This is how we ensure that your parcel is protected from damage or loss en route until it reaches you intact.
Shipping costs
Part of the unique BOGNER shopping experience is that your parcel arrives insured and as quickly as possible. Without the flat-rate shipping fee that every customer pays, this would not be possible. We therefore calculate GBP 25 for DHL Express delivery.
Quick delivery times
With your purchase at BOGNER you have made an excellent choice. You will see this for yourself in a few days. Shipping with DHL Express usually takes 6–9 working days. As soon as your parcel leaves our logistics centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a link that allows you to track the progress of the shipment.
If we do not have an item in stock, you will receive it separately as soon as it is available. You can see the expected delivery date in the shopping cart and in your order confirmation email.
