Willy Bogner

Willy Bogner was a successful German skier and two-time German Olympic ski team member. He studied business administration in Munich and Vienna. In 1972, Willy Bogner joined his parents’ company, BOGNER, following in the professional career of his father, Willy Bogner senior. After his father’s death (1977), he successfully took over the company. BOGNER Sport, BOGNER Woman, BOGNER Man and FIRE+ICE were developed under his leadership. In addition to his success as a fashion entrepreneur, Willy Bogner also made a name for himself internationally as a photographer and filmmaker.

In 2019, Willy Bogner retired from daily business.

Daniel Hiendlmeier

Since May 2023, Daniel Hiendlmeier has been strengthening the BOGNER team, driving key initiatives in sustainability and corporate culture as Chief Impact Officer. He also played a crucial role in establishing the joint venture for market expansion in China before being appointed Chief Brand Officer in 2024.

Even before joining BOGNER, Daniel Hiendlmeier demonstrated his extensive expertise as a manager in the sports apparel industry. He held leadership positions at adidas, GORE, and most recently at MAMMUT, where he worked prior to his move to BOGNER.

In June 2024, Daniel Hiendlmeier was appointed to BOGNER's executive management team, assuming the position of Managing Director.

Frank Wiesner, MBA

Frank Wiesner has been part of the BOGNER team since early 2019 and has served as Chief Financial Officer since April 2023, overseeing the company’s financial management and strategic development. In this role, he played a crucial part in successfully implementing the performance program to strengthen profitability and drive BOGNER’s sustainable global growth.

Before joining BOGNER, Frank Wiesner held leadership roles in management consulting and international finance, including positions at Deloitte, Lidl, and IBM.

In December 2024, Frank Wiesner was appointed to BOGNER's executive management team. Together with Daniel Hiendlmeier, he assumed the joint leadership as Managing Director.
