Of course, you can also order something at the BOGNER online shop at any time without registering. However, as a registered customer you also benefit from many advantages, such as:

4. Specification of personal interests and preferences for personalised offers
5. Save your preferred BOGNER store to view individual item availability

Open a user account now

The most important must-have as a BOGNER customer: a personal user account. This allows you to shop faster and more conveniently without having to re-enter all your data each time. You can register and create a user account before or during the shopping process. What’s important is that you have one.  

Only then will you benefit from additional advantages such as a convenient and personal shopping experience thanks to the fast checkout, and an overview of your complete order history and stored preferences. You can view or amend your details at any time. Of course, we do not pass on your data to third parties under any circumstances and we also adhere strictly to our data protection policy. 

Registration is easy:

• Click on my account at the top right and select Register now. After you have completed all the fields, choose a secure password.
• Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You can recognise it by the subject line: Thank you for registering.
• Our tip: it’s best to complete your profile with personal details straight after registering and to enter your preferred delivery and billing address.

Now nothing will stand in the way of a comfortable shopping experience.

Your password is the key to your BOGNER user account. No one can get around it. Not even you right now! If you can’t remember your password, don’t worry - simply reset it. Then your unique shopping experience can continue.

This is how easy it is to reset your password: 

• Click password forgotten under the login field and follow the instructions. You’ll find the link immediately below the second field, where you normally enter your password.
• You’ll receive an email from us within a few minutes with a link to reset your password.
• If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder to see if it might have ended up in there.

You have news? We are delighted that you want to share it with us! To change your password, email address or name in your personal BOGNER user account, proceed as follows:

1. Go to personal data in the top right-hand corner above My account.
2. This is also the right place if you would like to enter further information, such as your date of birth.
3. To change your delivery and billing address, click on Addresses.

With BOGNER you’ll always be well dressed, anywhere and anytime. This does not change when you move home. Simply take your personal BOGNER user account with you, even abroad. If that’s the case with you, then all you need to do is log in with your usual access data and add your new billing or shipping address in my account under Addresses, and store it as the new default billing and shipping address. Finished this step? Now you can start shopping at the BOGNER online shop in your new home country.

“Easy come, easy go“ is simply part of fashion. We are all the more sorry that you have now decided to go and are looking for a way to delete your personal BOGNER user account.  

This is how it’s done: click on my account at the top right-hand corner. Select Manage account and follow the instructions.  

Please note that in this case you will no longer benefit from the full range of advantages that you were accustomed to before as a registered customer. These include: a convenient and personal shopping experience thanks to the fast checkout and an overview of your complete order history and stored preferences. If you do not want to go without these benefits, you can adjust your settings with us at any time instead of deleting your account.
