We create our fashion to inspire you. Should we ever fail to do so, you can simply return the item to us free of charge within 30 days.
Returns work like this:
- For a quick and smooth process, please use the return form included in your package. Kindly specify the amount and the number of the reason of your return in the dedicated columns on the form. Once your return is received at our fulfillment center, please allow 8-10 business days for your return to be processed and a refund issued.
- Pack parcel: carefully pack the goods in the original box, put the return form inside and affix the return label outside of the package.
- Send parcel: drop off the package at a UPS shop. We will cover the cost of the return shipment.
- Receive refund: as soon as we have received your return, we will inform you by email. We will process your return as quickly as possible and arrange a refund.
Please note
- We only take back items you have purchased from the official BOGNER online shop at bogner.com. If you have purchased an item elsewhere, please return it to the place where you bought it.
- Items you have purchased from the BOGNER online shop cannot be returned to a BOGNER shop. In the event of a return, please return your items directly to us free of charge using the returns label.
- In order for returned items to bring joy to others, they must have the original labels and show no signs of use. Certain items are generally excluded from returns, such as mouth and nose protection.
- Garment bags or other accessories, if applicable, are part of the item and must be returned with the item in the event of a return.
- You can avoid damage during transit by carefully packing your BOGNER items and properly sealing the package. It is best to use the original packaging for this - also for the sake of the environment.

It’s a pity we couldn’t quite convince you. True to the brand, we’re good sports and will allow you a full 30 days to make a return. If an item does not fit or appeal to you, you can simply return it free of charge within this period. You can find out more about your 30-day right of return here.
For the sake of the environment, we ask that you:
choose your BOGNER items with the help of the size advisor and thus avoid unnecessary returns. In the event of a return, it’s best to use the original packaging. -
Every day we develop ideas not only for our new collections, but also for how we can improve our service to you. However, we ask for your understanding that we cannot yet offer you a direct exchange service online. If you would like an item in a different size or colour, please place a new order for the item in your preferred size or colour.

As a fashion pioneer, BOGNER is passionate about providing you with a limitless shopping experience. That’s why we are already working on an even more convenient return or exchange service. Until then, we ask you for a little patience.

- We only take back items online that you have purchased from the official BOGNER online shop at bogner.com.
- If you have purchased an item elsewhere, please return it to or exchange it at the place where you bought it.

Sometimes there is no way around a return. And even if it cannot be avoided completely, we can at least simplify it considerably: if you would like to return something to BOGNER, you can combine items from different shipments into one package, provided you have purchased all the items from the official BOGNER online shop.
It works like this:
- To do this, affix one of the return labels to the outside of the package.
- IMPORTANT: place all delivery notes from each relevant consignment in the package. This way you will help us to clearly allocate the items to the orders and to arrange your credit note without delay.

It’s a shame you want to return something from your last order. Of course, in such cases you will also experience the excellent customer service you know from BOGNER. With our status notifications, you can easily keep track of your return:
- Well received: as soon as we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.
- Credit note: please allow a few days for us to complete the subsequent processing. If a credit note is issued, we will of course inform you again by email.

As a rule, returns are processed within around three to five working days after their arrival at our warehouse. During sales or other promotions, however, processing can take a little longer than usual.
Please note that BOGNER will not give a refund or compensation if the return parcel is lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged (i) before it has been accepted by the shipping service provider with the free returns label made available by BOGNER, or (ii) if the pre-paid label made available by BOGNER is not used for the return shipment.
