Ordering at the BOGNER online shop is very easy. And no matter the season - at www.bogner.com you will find luxurious and timeless products for an active and individual lifestyle.
How to order at the BOGNER online shop:
- Add your selected BOGNER items to the shopping cart.
- Click on the shopping cart to see an overview of your items. If necessary, make final changes to your selection.
- To complete the order, click on Checkout. Alternatively, use one of the shortcut functions offered. Your items are now reserved for you.
Please note: We can only consider orders by telephone, email, fax or post in exceptional cases.
Tip for a particularly comfortable shopping experience: If you like things to be particularly exclusive and uncomplicated, we recommend a personal BOGNER user account. Of course, you can also place an order at the BOGNER online shop at any time without registering. However, as a registered customer you also benefit from advantages such as:
- Easier, faster checkout
- Overview of recent orders
- Shipping number and link to track your current order
- Convenient access to stored addresses and payment methods
- Share your personal wish list with family and friends

Congratulations! You have got what you wanted at BOGNER and have every reason to be happy. As an added bonus, we will make sure to keep you up-to-date about the status of your order:
- After a successful order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. You can recognise it by the subject line: Great choice! Thank you for your order.
- You can check your order status at any time at the BOGNER online shop under my account or via check order status.
- As soon as your parcel leaves our logistics centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. It counts as an official confirmation of purchase and includes an attachment with your invoice and a link to track your parcel - so you can always keep an eye on it.

Even the best information on fit cannot replace a try-on at home - and we don’t want it to. Instead, we are here to provide you with the best possible online advice and invite you to try it out for yourself: with the size chart and our size advisor, we want to work with you to make sure everything fits before you even try it on.
It works like this:
Before deciding on a size, click on size table or size advice on the page of your desired item and use the measurements given in the table, or create your own size profile in the size advisor. In this way, you will not only optimise your individual shopping experience, but also help to avoid fit-related returns. You can find more info here.

If a BOGNER item is especially popular it may sell out very quickly. This could change again just as quickly, for example if we receive a new delivery or a customer changes their mind. If the item you want is currently sold out in your size, we therefore recommend that you ask to be notified as soon as the item is available again in your size.
It’s this simple:
Select the size you want in the size selection and enter your email address there. Please bear in mind that other customers may also be using the notification function. Small quantities can quickly sell out again.

With a BOGNER voucher you can satisfy your own personal fashion desires. We would be happy to show you how easily you can benefit from your voucher.
How to redeem your voucher:
- Add your selected BOGNER items to the shopping cart.
- Click on your shopping cart.
- Enter the code in the Voucher Code field.
Please note the redemption conditions and the validity of the voucher code; these are listed on your voucher.

Our vouchers have a special mission: giving the gift of joy. For this to happen and for your voucher to be accepted at the BOGNER online shop, it must meet certain criteria. These conditions for voucher redemption and validity are listed directly on your voucher. In this context, please also note our general terms and conditions.
If no discount is applied after entering the voucher code in the shopping cart area, this can have various reasons. The four most common causes are:
- The validity date has passed.
- The voucher has already been redeemed.
- The voucher is not valid for discounted items.
- Your BOGNER selection is excluded from the voucher promotion.

BOGNER products are particularly loved by our customers. Therefore, certain items go out of stock particularly quickly - sometimes even before you have completed your order. In this case, we regret that we have to cancel your order.
Needless to say, at BOGNER we will under no circumstances charge you for items that have been cancelled. If you have already made a payment, it will be refunded to you immediately.
