From the BOGNER website to your front door takes 3-5 working days via standard shipping. As the order confirmation is arriving in your inbox, we are preparing your parcel for dispatch. As soon as it leaves our logistics centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a link that allows you to track the progress of the shipment.
In the event that we do not have an item in stock, you will receive it separately as soon as it is available. You can see the expected delivery date in the shopping cart and in your order confirmation email.
Express delivery
For everyone who would have preferred to receive their BOGNER selection yesterday: have your shipment delivered extra fast with DHL Express for a fee of EUR 20 per order. If you order your express shipment from Monday to Friday by 11 am at the latest, delivery usually takes place before the end of the next working day (Saturdays excluded).
We currently offer express shipping in the following countries:
- Austria
- Belgium
- France (except overseas territories)
- Germany
- Italy (except Vatican City, San Marino)
- Luxembourg
- Netherlands
- USA
Please note:
- If you require express delivery to a so-called "remote area" (e.g. to a particularly rural area), you may have to expect a delay of 1-2 days.
- For logistical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to change from standard shipping to express shipping for an order that has already been placed.
- In the event of a return, we cannot refund the fee of EUR 20 for the express delivery.

If you are expecting an order from BOGNER, you have every reason to be happy. And part of the unique BOGNER shopping experience is that your parcel arrives insured and as quickly as possible. Without the flat-rate shipping fee that every customer pays, this would not be possible. We therefore calculate 4,95 € for DHL standard delivery and 20 € for DHL express delivery for every order. With a minimum order value of 250 €, we deliver your favourites for free. Priceless compliments included.

Important:
Your billing and delivery address must be in the same country. For example, an order from the French BOGNER online shop can only be delivered to an address in France. Please make sure you have selected the correct country before you start the ordering process.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer you delivery to a Packstation in France.

Great choice! You have got what you wanted at BOGNER and have every reason to be happy. As an added bonus, we will keep you up-to-date about the status of your order:
- As soon as your parcel leaves our logistics centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. It counts as an official confirmation of purchase and includes an attachment with your invoice and a link to DHL Sendungsverfolgung – so you can always keep an eye on it.
- Please note: sometimes the current shipping status is not displayed immediately. In this case, please try again later.
- You can check your order status at any time at the BOGNER online shop under my account or via check order status.
- If, in an exceptional case, your parcel fails to arrive, or the shipping status remains unchanged since 6 days, please contact our customer service via the contact form or by telephone on

Damaged parcels are no good for anyone. Despite the greatest care, a parcel may not reach you intact and the contents may also be affected.
If this is the case, we first establish the extent of the damage and then decide how to proceed. Please do not send anything back to us without prior approval.

- First, inform our customer service via the contact form. Select Online Shop Complaint as the reason and enter your order number.

- If you did not purchase the item in the official BOGNER online shop at bogner.com, please direct your complaint directly to where you made your purchase. You can find more details in our general terms and conditions.

Searched, found, delivered - but the right item wasn’t received? We’ll straighten things out again by helping you with the return and forwarding your desired item as quickly as possible.

The number of items in stock at the time of your visit is displayed on the product page. All sold-out sizes are inactive and greyed out.
If items are sold out, we may have to partially or fully cancel your order.
In exceptional cases, during a sale or other promotion, it can happen that several customers simultaneously place an order for the same item, which is then sold out. When this happens, we let you know about the missing article by email. It will then be removed from your order and the amount automatically refunded.
