• Was muss ich bei der Bezahlung meiner BOGNER Rechnung beachten?

Auch wenn die BOGNER Modewelt alles andere als gewöhnlich ist: Ihre Rechnung können Sie ganz einfach wie gewohnt bezahlen. Nach dem Erhalt Ihrer Rechnung haben Sie 14 Tage Zeit, um die Überweisung zu tätigen. Unsere Bankverbindung finden Sie direkt auf der Rechnung. Bitte achten Sie darauf, als Verwendungszweck Ihre jeweilige Auftragsnummer anzugeben. 

• Was ist das Limit bei der Zahlung per Rechnung?

Bei der Zahlung per Rechnung halten wir uns an das Sprichwort: Genuss in Maßen. Für den Gesamtbetrag des Warenkorbs und der offenen Rechnung gilt bei einem Kauf auf Rechnung ein Limit von 3000 €. Sollten Sie diesen Wert erreichen, genügt eine Bezahlung der offenen Rechnungen – dann steht Ihnen der maximale Warenkorbwert wieder zur Verfügung. 

• Warum steht mir die Zahlung per Rechnung nicht zur Verfügung?

Ein Kauf auf Rechnung ist Vertrauenssache. Diesen exklusiven Service bieten wir gern allen Kunden an, die eine positive Adress- und Bonitätsprüfung während ihres Einkaufs durchlaufen. Dies geschieht bei BOGNER automatisch im Hintergrund und Sie müssen nichts weiter tun.

Good to know – what 3D Secure means:
It is a modern security procedure that makes it more difficult for unauthorised third parties to misuse credit cards and thus significantly reduces the risk of fraud in online credit card payments. An additional query screen from your bank opens during the payment process. There you will be asked to enter your personal authentication code. Your bank verifies this code and approves the transaction. Misuse of your credit card is therefore almost impossible.

If you have selected Payment by PayPal when shopping at BOGNER, you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal payment page after submitting your order. As a registered PayPal customer, you can log in with your personal PayPal access details and make the payment. We usually receive payment within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.

At BOGNER you can pay with your face or finger. Provided you have an Apple Pay-enabled device and a credit or debit card from a bank that has partnered with Apple. We are sorry you weren’t completely satisfied with your BOGNER items. Perhaps you will at least be fully satisfied with our speedy service? As soon as we have processed your return, we will immediately refund the amount to the payment method you used. We will then notify you by an email with the subject: Your credit has been processed.
